Regulations for Organizing and Conducting Inspections

The Inspection Bodies' Coordination Office has developed a draft proposal suggesting several problematic legislative changes.

The proposed changes include:

a. The removal of the requirement to notify economic operators in advance to reduce obstacles.b. The introduction of unclear mechanisms for notifying economic operators.c. The introduction of insufficiently regulated "studies."

The expert team of IC Armenia has presented alternative proposals for improving these issues.
