The SME Development Council, operating under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan, has welcomed new members.
By the decision of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan, the following organizations have become members of the state-private dialogue platform for SME development:

Informed Taxpayer NGO
The Republican Union of Employers of Armenia has 14112 member companies, representing about 20% of the businesses operating in Armenia in nearly all sectors of the Armenian economy. About 40% of total employees in the private sector are employed in RUEA members companies. RUEA unites 32 sectoral and territorial unions, which represent different sectors of the economy in all regions of Armenia.
2B Business Support Foundation works with more than 900 micro and small businesses annually, recording legislative and administrative issues on a daily basis. The Foundation provides informational materials, organizes seminars, and ensures feedback so that small businesses are aware of legislative changes and can easily navigate them.
Informed Taxpayer NGO collaborates with over 600 small businesses. The organization conducts seminars, manages informational channels, and contributes to raising awareness among beneficiaries.
Additionally, the Association of Accountants of Armenia NGO has been granted observer status, which allows the organization to raise issues within the platform. The Association of Accountants has around 300 members, who work with more than 5,000 businesses across 12 regions of Armenia, mapping issues related to micro and small businesses on a daily basis.
The Public-Private Dialogue Platform for SME Development consists of 11 associations representing the private sector and ministers representing various state bodies. The sessions of the dialogue platform are chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister. The sub-sessions of the platform are chaired by the Minister of Economy. Legislative reforms are implemented through the platform. IC Armenia (Investment Council of Armenia) is an expert team formed by the EBRD that provides professional and technical support to the SME Development Public-Private Dialogue Platform. Legislative issues are presented by the associations, while legislative change packages and analyses are prepared by IC Armenia. Presentation of legislative issues is carried out by associations, while legislative amendment packages and analyses are prepared by IC Armenia.
