Question 1

Report by the Council Secretary on the implementation of the decisions adopted during the previous session.

Question 2

On the Support Program for Obtaining Safety Management Systems and Product Compliance Certificates. (This question concerns SMEs operating in the agriculture and processing industry sectors within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.)

Question 3

A draft law initiated by the Inspection Coordination Office on making amendments and additions to the Law "On the Organization and Conduct of Inspections in the Republic of Armenia" proposes several problematic provisions, including: ● Elimination of the requirement for prior notification about inspections, and in certain cases, conducting inspections without presenting an inspection warrant to the economic operator, ● Introduction of unclear mechanisms for notifying economic operators, ● Introduction of inadequately regulated “studies” (pre-inspection reviews or assessments). (This issue concerns all SMEs operating within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.)

Regarding the draft law "On Making Amendments and Additions to the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia" posted on the E-draft platform (elimination of the general rule of suspension of the administrative act in case of appeal). (This issue concerns all SMEs operating within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.)
